1. What is an In-ground pet containment system?

Generally, there are three (3) components of an In-ground pet containment system. These are the Transmitter, Wire, and the Collar Receiver. The Transmitter is plugged into a standard outlet and sends out a radio signal to the wire that is being buried and connected to the transmitter that makes a border line to contain the dog. The collar receiver is worn on the dog’s collar. While the transmitter generates a radio signal that moves through the wire, the receiver on the collar picks up the radio signal. It will then warning the dog as he get near the boundary (buried wire). If he still continues to go towards the boundary wire, he will get a correction signal from the transmitter.
